Georgia football pushing to flip 4-star Ole Miss QB commit

The Georgia Bulldogs are currently pushing to flip Ole Miss Rebels four-star quarterback commit Keegan Croucher, per Rivals on X. Crocher is a talented quarterback that drew interest from a multitude of programs prior to his commitment to Ole Miss. At 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Croucher is a versatile quarterback with elite accuracy. He now plays football for Baylor High School in Tennessee.

Croucher could emerge as a possible starting option for the Dawgs in 2027 should the quarterback flip his commitment to Georgia, as the rising star is expected to come to a final decision in the upcoming months. Croucher is ranked as the No. 16 quarterback and the No. 218 overall player from the class of 2027, per the 247Sports Composite rankings .

The talented quarterback recorded 1,692 yards and 16 touchdowns during his junior campaign at Cheshire Academy in Connecticut. He plans to play his final high school season at Baylor High School. Both Georgia and Kentucky have emerged as potential suitors for the four-star quarterback should he decide to flip his commitment, as the Dawgs continue to add talent to an already impressive 2027 class.

Over the 2023 and 2024 high school seasons, Croucher completed 51 touchdowns passes and threw just six interceptions. The Baylor star is primarily a pocket passer. He's got a strong arm and is good at maneuvering within the pocket. Georgia has continued to close in on a multitude of recruits from the class of 2027, including five-star offensive lineman Mark Matthews and defensive lineman Marcus Fakatou .
